Municipal Summer Program
Starting at $2,500 / 6–8 week season, or a revenue-share arrangement
Our Municipal Summer Program Contract helps parks, recreation departments, and city agencies turn a short season into a memorable stretch of movement, play, and community connection. We design and deliver a 6-8 week wellness and recreation track that weaves together youth activities, family-friendly classes, and light-touch education in a way your staff can realistically support.
You decide what matters most-youth physical literacy, safe outdoor activity for teens, active aging options for older adults, or mixed-age community events-and we map a schedule around your facilities, weather patterns, and staffing. That might mean morning movement camps, shaded outdoor classes, indoor backup options, or themed activity days that anchor your seasonal calendar.
Contracts typically start at a flat seasonal rate or follow a revenue-share arrangement, depending on your internal structure and registration model. Before we move forward, we confirm the scope, rate, and responsibilities with your team so everyone is clear on expectations. These partnerships run on a seasonal-contract basis rather than an ongoing retainer, making them a practical fit for municipal budgeting, grants, and board approvals.
Our role extends beyond leading classes. We help you think through registration flow, age groupings, risk management considerations, and promotional language that invites broad participation. By the time summer arrives, your staff has a clear plan, your residents have appealing options on the calendar, and your department has a partner you can count on from opening day to the final week of programming.
