We provide weekly group sessions that use trauma-aware, sensory-informed movement to help participants regulate, connect, and build confidence in their bodies at a pace that feels safe.

Each contract is structured around your setting: outpatient programs, residential care, day support, or autism-serving centers. We look at caseload needs, staffing patterns, and available spaces, then design group experiences that can support emotional regulation, social interaction, and physical wellbeing without overstimulating participants. Think gentle, predictable rhythms, clear visual and verbal cues, and options for different ability levels in the same room.

Because every organization's clinical framework and billing environment is different, rates are confirmed directly with your leadership team before we contract. Most partners choose a standing weekly time that runs on a sessional or seasonal basis rather than a monthly retainer, making it easier to match funding cycles, authorizations, and program terms. This structure also gives your team space to review progress and extend services based on outcomes.

Throughout each series, we remain in conversation with your clinicians and coordinators. If a group requires more sensory breaks, quieter formats, or additional staff involvement, we adjust quickly.
