We bring all instruction on-site and adapt to your space, whether that means chairs in a multipurpose room or light equipment in a fitness area.

Once a month, we facilitate a practical wellness workshop that turns topics like fall prevention, stress management, hydration, or healthy habit-building into friendly, interactive conversations. Residents walk away with small, doable changes they can apply right away, and your team gains another touchpoint for meaningful engagement.

To round out the experience, the Bronze package includes one recreation event each quarter. These seasonal gatherings might look like a themed movement party, simple social dance, or light activity-based social hour-always designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and easy for staff to host alongside us.

Pricing typically ranges from $650-$900 per month and scales with your community census. An exclusivity premium may apply if you'd like us to reserve specific days or time blocks solely for your property.
